Since beginning AAC manufacturing in 1995, the company has developed the production capability and technical discipline to support projects across Malaysia.

Five controlled stages turn prepared mineral materials into consistent AAC building units.

  1. 01

    Raw material preparation

    Sand, lime, cement and water are prepared to controlled production requirements.

  2. 02

    Mixing and casting

    Prepared materials are precisely mixed and cast into moulds for expansion.

  3. 03

    Pre-curing and cutting

    The green cake gains handling strength before wire cutting to accurate dimensions.

  4. 04

    High-pressure steam curing

    Autoclave curing develops the stable cellular structure and material performance of AAC.

  5. 05

    Quality inspection and packaging

    Finished units are inspected before identification, protection and dispatch.
